Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Price was great for the villa we were in. Very large. Spacious etc. Pool area was good as well.

Negative: So we stayed here for 2 weeks, and had a few issues: 1) Microwave didn't work on arrival - it was replaced within an hour though. 2)Tv wasn't working properly upon arrival - kept flickering etc. Told them about it. Took them 3 days to send an engineer. He then said he'd go off to samsung to see what could be done (as it was clear the TV was faulty). 2 days later they said it was faulty and arranged a replacement. We had been here a week by that stage. 3) Mosquitos - they're everywhere. Inside and out. Bring bug spray! 4) Bugs - there are lot of them. Geckos. Crabs (we had a crab inside!) centipedes, spiders. It was ok, but be warned. 5) Geckos - so we got a huge fright one night when a gecko started chirping away from the kitchen. We couldn't find it. But the next day there were droppings in our kitchen. The cleaners said it would be about 15-25cm large. They couldn't find it. Anyway, every night this happened. You could hear it upstairs it was so loud. We never found it, so eventually stopped caring, but I have to admit I was always on the lookout for a mini dragon when opening cupboards in the kitchen. 6) Rats - we heard rats on the 3rd or 4th night in the ceiling cavity. They were very loud. You'd wake in the middle of the night hearing them above the bedrooms. Staff came and laid baits (I asked for traps). But even a week later you could still here them. Again, quite off putting.

Summary: 2 week 3Br villa stay. Price was fair given the issues, Nice place. Wouldn't return.
