Summary: Neat area. Right across the street from the beach. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. We stayed on the third floor and heard music from the restaurant on the sixth floor every night. Lots of noise transfer from the hallway. Doors slamming, kids running down the hallway. This is not a paid advertisment for Loop ear plugs, but if you don't have something close to high quality ear plugs, I would consider staying someplace else.
