The water is deep enough for a boat, great for fishing off the dock, but not ideal for swimming. There is an association beach a short walk or drive away. This amazing property has so much space inside and outside. The house has a game room, bedroom, and bathroom above the garage. The upstairs of the house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Main Suite is very spacious with direct access to a small deck with views of the water. The 1st floor has one bedroom with additional sleeping in the loft along with a bathroom. The 1st floor also has large kitchen with a professional grade kitchen. The open concept living room and dining area has plenty of room for gathering if you have to be inside. Two separate sliders lead onto the massive deck. The basement has 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also in the basement there is bar and an additional sitting area.
