"WOW!! What a great place to get away. This Chateau is beautiful with wide plank floors and an Adirondack decor and vibe….it has everything you can think of provided for you and SO clean! There’s an AMAZING VIEW of Lake Algonquin across the street…loved drinking my morning coffee on the deck and looking over at the water. And there’s everything from lobster pots and steamer pots, dishes/cutlery/any utensil you need, glassware, coffee maker, toaster, full kitchen with microwave, s’mores makers, kabob holder/cooker, yard games, box games, beach toys, beach chairs, picnic table outside, bubbles, big grill, fire pit, enclosed back porch with big table and chairs, vacuum cleaner, big deck, lots of sunlight but also blinds if you want privacy, big drop ceiling fan, wood fireplace, heat, cool loft with 3 beds (the kids LOVE!), full bedroom, 2 pullout couches, lots of parking, nice backyard and front yard, a wide open space with high ceiling.
There’s fishing and a cute little beach that you can walk to or drive to and two country stores-where you can get wood/sandwiches,beer etc. There is ice cream and restaurants down the road too! A large screen tv with access to anything you want to watch, strong wi-fi and a Bluetooth speaker. And of course the linens and towels etc. were such a plus. Being able to do laundry for the kids was helpful too. I know I’ve missed stuff because there was so much provided-but I hope this gives you an idea of all there is to help you pack less!"
